The Office of the Treasurer-Tax Collector is now accepting penalty cancellation requests for those who have been directly impacted by the coronavirus pandemic. If you were affected by the virus, you can use the COVID-19 Penalty Cancellation Request Form. Requests must be submitted by June 30. Please complete the request form, print it, sign it and mail it to our office along with printed documentation showing how you were impacted by COVD-19 and were unable to pay your property taxes on time by the April 10 payment deadline. Please include a check for payment of the second installment of property taxes you owe (without the late penalty/fee). We will not accept request forms when there is no payment attached.
