The last timely payment date for the second installment is April 10, 2024

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR MORTGAGE COMPANY PAYMENTS

We normally expect to receive mortgage payments electronically 1-2 business days before the April 10 deadline
(even if your mortgage company tells you or your statement shows it was sent earlier)

Please check the status of the payment by your mortgage company by entering your parcel number or address below and if it shows as unpaid, check back on April 10.

We are not able to assist you by phone if the website shows that the mortgage company has not yet paid.

The website has the most current status of all property tax payments online. If the status shows your parcel is unpaid, then we have not received your payment, unless you paid online by eCheck or Credit/Debit card and then it will take two (2) business days to be posted.
