If your 2023-2024 property taxes were not fully paid by April 10th, a 10% penalty and a $23 processing fee were added to your property tax balance. Future penalties and fees will be applied on July 1, 2024 if the full balance remains unpaid. Due to the currently high call volume, you can email us at ttcinfo@ttc.ocgov.com or try calling later when services have been completely restored.
If your mailed property tax payment has a USPS postmark on or before April 10, any late penalties or fees will be cancelled. To request a penalty cancellation, please click on the "Property Tax Penalty Cancellation Request Form" button at octreasurer.com, review the limited options and submit your form as applicable.
